Hi, I’m Fritz.
I didn't come to mindfulness from a monastery, but from a high-pressure consultancy job and training for my first Ironman.
Years of Vipassanā practice, including multiple silent retreats and a 3-month intensive retreat, built the mental foundation that transformed my training. Mindfulness took me from barely swimming 700m to completing an Ironman in 11 hours and a 24-hour cycling race in just over a year.
I am a certified meditation coach and triathlete, and my mission is to help you build better habits, break unhelpful patterns, and develop a calmer, more resilient mind. I work with clients in English and Spanish.
I didn’t come to mindfulness from a monastery or a mountaintop, but from the chaos of a fast-paced consultancy job and the grind of training for my first Ironman. Within less than a year, I went from a sprint triathlon to completing a full-distance Ironman in 11 hours. That journey proved me the huge advantage a consistent mindfulness practice had given me in endurance sports.
Through years of Vipassanā Meditation training, including multiple silent retreats in Europe, the US and Nepal and an intensive 3-month retreat in Panditarama Meditation Center in Lumbini, Nepal, I had unknowingly built the mental foundation that allowed me to train consistently and overcome my own limits, while enjoying the process. It took me from barely swimming 700m to 8km, and from cycling to work to completing a 24-hour race.
Today, my mission is to share simple, science-based meditation techniques you can apply in everyday life and training. I have successfully helped people build better habits, break unhelpful patterns, and develop a calmer, more resilient mind. I work with clients in English and Spanish.
